Pettinaroli UK – EA-M-PR-1-AL-2- Actuator – Use 1 1/2″ to 2″ – 24v (0-10) Proportional

EA-M-PR-1-3-1 – EVOPICV Proportional Actuator, factory set to 0-10v modulating (24v), 3.2mm stroke.

Field Configurable, input signal  (0-10v, 0-5v, 2-10v, 4-20mA), action direction, actuator characteristic and stroke length.

120Nm closing force and 8 s/mm speed.

Supplied with 1.5m cable and adapter ring.

As supplied, suits 1/2″ and 3/4″ EVOPICV but can be configured to suit 1″ and 11/4″ (replacement adapter ring required)

The Pettinaroli Dynasty 92 Series (PICV) combines the functions of a differential pressure controller, a regulation valve and a 2-port control valve into a single body.

Dip switch 1 – 2 – 3 – 6. The dip switch 1-2-3 allows the user to change the analogue input ranges. To switch from a voltage analogue input to a current analogue input, dip switch 6 must be set accordingly.

Dip switch 4. Dip switch 4 allows the user to change the actuator’s action relative to the analogue input.

The dip switch 4 OFF (Direct Acting – DA). When the signal increases, the actuator stem extends. The dip switch 4 ON (Reversing Acting – RA). When the signal increases, the actuator stem retracts.

Dip switch 5: The dip switch 5 allows the user to change the control characteristic of the actuator to obtain a combination of valve and actuator linear or almost equal percentage.
The dip switch 5 OFF (Linear). We recommend using it with a valve featuring a linear or equal-percentage control characteristic.
The dip switch 5 is ON (almost Equal Percentage). We recommend using it with a valve that has a quick-opening or on/off control characteristic.

Jumper setting for proportional model only (MF-7482). All the proportional models have 1 jumper that allows the user to change the following parameters:

Proportional model MF-7482-1001 The actuator is factory set with stroke 3.2mm but at convenience the stroke can be changed to 4.3mm or 6.0mm in case the same actuator is mounted on a different valve.
