The Pulsed Cold Water Meter 15mm monitors cold water consumption and delivers accurate measurements through its multi-jet, vane-wheel operation, making it ideal for factories, apartment blocks, and office blocks.
The cast copper alloy body ensures durability, and it includes a pulse output device for easy integration with energy monitoring systems.
Approved to MID standards up to R100-H and R50-VH, it operates with a maximum recommended temperature of 50°C and requires a minimum of 5 pipe diameters of straight pipe before the inlet and 3 after the outlet.
The water meter, which can be installed horizontally or vertically, features an inductive interface and an electronic pulse emitter module (Reed Switch Pulse that can be connected to remote reading systems), and includes a 1.5m lead for flexible installation.
Qp = permanent (nominal) flow rate
2.5 m³/h = 2,500 litres per hour ≈ 41.7 litres per minute
For example, a meter marked Qp 2.5 is typically intended to measure accurately around a continuous flow of 2.5 m³/h, although it can usually handle a higher flow for shorter periods.
